Please notice the two separate references to 2012. My biggest concern is not being able to tell when <\/span>WS2012@11:11<\/span><\/a> actually occurs due to the grid going down earlier that year. On another note I have yet to receive a response from the Naval Global Observatory on who\/what was the \u201coutside user\u201d that requested it recalibrate the time of WS2012 from 11:11 to 11:12.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
